The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, your practice name, your email address, your phone number, the practice software you use, and whatever you write in the message box. We use it to reply to you and to book the assessment you asked for. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you viewed and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site running and secure. Our Cookie Policy describes the cookies the site uses.

If you become a client, information about your practice is handled under our service agreement and the HIPAA obligations that come with it.

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time.

7. Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored in the website’s database and sent to us by email. We take reasonable steps to protect that information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@dentalitsupport.org and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or federal privacy law; we will honour any valid request.

9. Children

This website is intended for dental practices and their staff. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Links to other sites

This site may link to other websites, including software vendors. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
