Montgomery County is west of Bowie, reached along Route 50 and the Beltway or up Route 29. We cover the eastern half: Silver Spring, Takoma Park, the Route 29 corridor and Bethesda. The far west of the county past Rockville is a longer trip and we will tell you honestly if it is too far for same-day.
Most fixes happen remotely, because that is faster. When it is a dead sensor, a server that will not boot or a network nobody can log into, we come to the practice, usually the same day you call, Monday to Saturday.
